I cant capture a screenshot of my bank transactions to be able to send a photo to truthfinder.com to prove they have taken the money out of my account. Can you belp me?

I've tried to capture a screenshot of my online banking transactions to prove to truthfinder.com that they have taken money out of my bank account. They will not let me access my account bc they say I have not paid but I have I need a screenshot of the transaction on may 1st 2018 to prove I have paid already. Can you help me?
